Helping women transition into motherhood without losing themselves — recovery, routines, and real support, for life after birth.
Listen, I get it.
LISTEN, I GET IT.
But what about life after birth — the recovery that requires extra hands (or legs) for days to weeks, the identity spiral that show up out of nowhere, the survival mode that creeps in months after putting everyone and everything before yourself.

And here’s the hard truth:
Women are built to nurture. But we're told nurturing ourselves before others is "selfish".
So, all the planning goes into the registry, the nursery, the baby shower — even the birth itself — and there's no time or energy left for what comes after. That leaves you depleted before you even realize what's happening.
This can show up as exhaustion that sleep doesn't fix, a body that doesn't feel like yours, resentment creeping in out of nowhere and losing your patience faster than you'd like.
It's common. But common doesn't mean normal.
OUR MISSION
We believe a mother's well-being shapes everything around her. When she feels fulfilled, her kids get the best of her — not what's left of her. When she stops running on empty, she stops running on resentment. And when she prioritizes herself, motherhood reshapes her — it doesn't erase her.
Feel present and energized—no matter what the day (or night) brings.

I know firsthand how all-consuming motherhood gets — the sleepless nights, the identity shifts, the constant tug-of-war between giving everything to your baby and still feeling like you. I've spent majority of my career in proactive healthcare and after having my first, I noticed the significant gap in postpartum health.
What I saw wasn't a lack of resources — it was a whole world of them, all pointed at the baby and almost none at the mom. And with my second, that gap only widened.
So I Postpartum Better to close that gap — real preparation, plus the ongoing support most practitioners skip. Think of me as your big sister who's a few steps ahead — holding your hand and telling you the truth, even if everyone assumes you've already got it covered.

Before working with Chelsea, I struggled with mom guilt and feeling like I needed to prove that I can do it all for my family. I've now realized that in order to be the best mom for my children, I need to take care of not only my basic needs, but doing things that bring me joy outside of my children.
This has created a happier me, which has resulted in being more present and available for my children when they need me.
